In 2002 Tom joined his brother Dave Maider at Windermere Real Estate. He has since been one of the company’s top producing agents in the Northeast Seattle market. Tom prides himself on his honesty, energy and commitment to his clients. Prior to entering into the residential real estate field, Tom spent 9 years in the medical supply industry, primarily as a sales manager and as a top level producer. He was born and raised in Northeast Seattle, graduating from Roosevelt High School and the University of Washington. This background has given Tom a deep understanding of the community attributes that make our neighborhoods a wonderful place to call home. Tom is heavily involved in the community serving on the board of Laurelhurst Community Club and the Windermere Real Estate ethics committee. Tom resides in Seattle with his wife Melissa, and three children, Jack, Kea and Henry.
